The National Agency for Food, Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) says it will partner South-East governors to grow the economy of the region.

The Anambra State Government has shut down Good Health Hospital and Maternity Osumenyi, Nnewi South Council Area.

The Director of Medical Services, Anambra State Ministry of Health, Dr Chukwulobelu Ugochukwu, who led a team to seal the facility said the hospital is illegal and was involved in quackery.

The hospital has small dilapidated structures with beds in some parts that serve as wards and a small room with operating bed that serves as theatre.
